Handling & Processing Time

We try to ship your order as fast as possible but we are small. Most orders ship between 2 and 5 business days. If your order will take more than 5 business days to ship we will let you know.

Exclusions

Free shipping offers are only valid on retail purchases. Wholesale customers do not qualify for coupons or free shipping discounts.

Returns

Sorry but for now, since we are a small company, we cannot except returns for products that have been used. (All "cosmetics" are considered used once they are shipped)

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable to due to mistakes in shipping information provided, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. We do our best to ship to the address provided, so please provide the correct info.
