Refund policy

Returns:
Don't like the scent? Not every scent is for every man. Body chemistry and personal preference aside, we strive to give you great service.

Unfortunately we are a super small company just starting out so for now, we are not offering refunds on products unless there was shipping damage or defective products. We cannot except returns for products that have been used. (All "cosmetics" are considered used once they are shipped)

If you feel like returning a product, it is at the customers expense. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds/Exchanges are only available for shipping damage or defective products.See below:

Refunds:
We are a small company right now, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. Please check with us if you feel a refund is deserved for your purchase and we will review it personally. If we decide to start offering refunds, the following will apply: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Please check with payment company on their terms for payment posting.

Exchanges & Shipping:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at knowledge@devilsdrawer.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
